Summary

NewSouth Window is looking for a Show and Events Marketer to join our team. The ICM is responsible for setting show and events appointments. The daily processes will include but are not limited to. Working show and events speaking with homeowners and setting appointments for NewSouth Windows.  

What You'll Do

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

We are looking for a Team Player who has excellent customer service skills and someone who can multitask. Window experience preferred but not required. 

  • Setting appointments as per the daily, weekly and monthly goals
  • Communicates with the call center to ensure accuracy.
  • Setting up and taking down of Show and Events
  • Track flow of jobs
  • Confirms accuracy of data for input in the system on metrics, leads and appointments.
  • Communicates as needed with Market Presidents / General Managers
  • Proactive with customer communications.
  • Keeps up on all appointments and results.
  • Assist in scheduling and working with staff.
  • Maintains documentation in LP and CRM
