Sample Coordinator - Window and Door

Assists in the fabrication, fulfillment and delivery of sales window and door product samples.  Responsible for the daily sample build that require prioritization and organization of sample projects and coordination with physical logistics to ship the samples in a timely fashion. This position supports the samples needs of all of our SEBU Brands.

1. Keep track of all orders for Marketing glass samples, case samples and displays.
2. Manage inventory of all Marketing samples stored at the Fulfillment Center.

• • Facilitate order of corner samples, assist in glazing the units and ship to Fulfillment Center in a timely fashion
  • Facilitate order of frame color and muntin samples, label, assemble and ship to Fulfillment Center in a timely fashion
  • Facilitate order of glass samples, apply protective covers, label and ship to Fulfillment Center in a timely fashion

1. Manage inventory of cases used for Case Sample orders.
2. Assist in installing product samples into the display fixture.
3. Request change of ship via and ship date of all glass samples, SGD samples and Marketing Displays.
4. Process “ship only” orders.
5. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
