As a Total Rewards Coordinator you will play a vital role in helping our organization design, implement, and manage a holistic total rewards strategy. This strategy will encompass compensation, rewards and recognition, as well as well-being programs to attract and retain top talent. You will work closely with the Total Rewards team and other cross-functional teams to ensure our programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned with PGTI’s core values.
The Total Rewards Coordinator will administer PGTI’s rewards and recognition program, as well as the well-being initiative across all PGTI Brands. They will work closely with all locations to implement a consistent program across all brands that are compliant and align to PGTI’s core values. From time to time they may assist with compensation initiatives.
